Job summary

CT Polymers, LLC. is seeking a forklift operator to support daily production operations at our facility in Indiana. You will operate and maintain industrial equipment, handle materials, and prepare shipments with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications include at least a high school diploma and a valid forklift certification; two years of forklift experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $16.00–$17.50.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machine operation and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Clean production machinery and manage company tools.
• Supply materials and operate sit-down forklift.
• Clean and prep boxes, lids, and skids for staging.
• Complete quality control logs and production ledgers.
• Perform gross, tare, and net weight calculations.
• Participate in shift meetings and team communication.
