Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator at our Lakeland, FL service center. You will move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long using a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock.

Starting wage is $22.82 per hour. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days and enjoy a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and access to employee resort lodging in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment
• Some LTL experiences
