Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of prior food service, inventory, ordering and kitchen management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees food preparation and service to meet standards.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to improve efficiency.
• Determines work procedures and schedules; expedites workflow.
• Uses systems for daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Handles cash per Food Accounting Manual.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety; maintains sanitation schedules.
• Issues instructions; assists in staff orientation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
