The Service Associate for Dining Services is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned food service department. This role involves serving and supporting a team of staff members, ensuring the efficient production and delivery of food, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service. The Service Associate reports to shift leaders and the management team, collaborating closely with kitchen staff, administrative staff, and other supervisors as required. Performance goals include food production, customer service, safety, sanitation, security, compliance, training, and communication.
