Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility in Charlotte, NC. Location: Trinity Episcopal, 750 East 9th Street. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of house setup.
• Loads or unloads and delivers supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
