Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining in Weston, MA is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility. The role involves maintaining kitchen areas, cleaning equipment, and supporting food service operations. Schedule runs 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with days varying.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing and utility experience in a large-volume facility preferred.
• Willing to train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
