Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker at the UAIA Cafe in Tuscaloosa, AL. Candidates should have prior food service and customer service experience; nights and weekends open availability is required.

You will perform prep, serve customers, help with food presentation, and ensure safety and sanitation standards. This role offers competitive pay of $15 per hour and access to comprehensive benefits for associates.

Qualifications

Prior food service and customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

Perform prep tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
Weigh and measure ingredients.
Carry pans and trays between stations safely.
Store food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
Clean work areas and equipment.
Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
Assist with inventory and cash handling.
