Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Food Service Worker for the North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette, AL. This full-time position offers weekday and weekend shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with benefits and training available.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Full-time schedule: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
