Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker at Equinix GHQ in Redwood City, CA. The role includes preparing, presenting and serving food with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Previous salad bar prep and pizza prep experience required.
• Must be able to work full-time schedule as listed in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator while following safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves concerns with supervisor guidance.
