Compass Group USA's ESFM is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain and restore floors at 101 Vitamin Dr., Wilmington, NC. This full-time role includes on-the-job training and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Key tasks include floor upkeep, stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, carpet care, and safety compliance. The job requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of floor maintenance and uses proper hard floor care procedures.
Operates industrial floor care equipment.
Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extractions.
Performs maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
