Job summary

You will strip, wax, buff, and maintain various floor surfaces using buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums, and ensure floors are safe and sanitized. Responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, knowledge of surface types and appropriate cleaners, following safety protocols, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in floor tech.
• Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing and using floor equipment.
• Must be able to read English.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background and driver license screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and restore various floor surfaces in commercial buildings, including stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Operate specialized equipment like buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Ensure floors are safe and sanitized.
• Adapt to floor types like vinyl, stone or carpet and report maintenance needs.
