Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.

Flex Houseparents work a nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with a pathway to a Placed Houseparent role. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, relocation assistance, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
