The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-day-off cycle, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Salary is $46,917 per person, totaling about $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Experience working or volunteering with youth is preferred.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to obtain van certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
