Qualifications

Two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage
Both spouses aged 27 or older
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with youth through work or volunteering
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
Manage household routines and student schedules
Administer medications and ensure student wellness
Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities
Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel
Oversee budgeting and household reporting
Live in on-campus homes with a group of 8-13 students; potential transition to Placed Houseparent
