Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes. You will supervise 8–13 students, manage routines, and support their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid U.S. driver license and ability to drive student vans

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
