Milton Hershey School is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents—a unique two-person role for married couples. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, guidance, and support for a group of 8–13 students, helping them develop academically, emotionally, and socially.

As Flex Houseparents, you will manage daily routines, supervise activities, lead devotions, and coordinate transportation and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
