Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and guiding a group of 8-13 students. The role centers on care, supervision, mentorship, and fostering a structured, family-like environment.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, activities, devotions, and reporting. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with potential placement in a dedicated student home over time.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
