Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person couple, married for at least two years, to live in on-campus homes and guide 8–13 students daily. Roles include supervision, scheduling, devotions, and activity planning while managing budgets and reporting.

Both spouses must be 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid US driver’s license, and be prepared to obtain van-driving certification. On-site housing and benefits are included.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on campus in a family-like home environment.

Mansioni

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development/recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
