Job summary

Loomis in Baltimore seeks a skilled Fleet Maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all company vehicle types. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, document work in our maintenance software, and ensure a clean, safe shop.

A 40-hour workweek is typical; compensation runs $30–$34 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license (C or better) and meet DOT qualifications.
• Experience or a certificate from an approved training program.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding maintenance.
• Knowledge of diesel equipment and truck systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical service manuals and repair orders.
• Experience with maintenance software and tracking tools.
