Job summary

Loomis in White Marsh, MD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems and document all work using our maintenance software.

You will inventory parts, order supplies, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role is full-time with a minimum 40-hour work week, and training and benefits are offered by Loomis.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of diesel equipment and tools used for troubleshooting gasoline and diesel truck systems.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical service manuals, repair orders, labels, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on company vehicle types per policy.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Document all repair and inspection information using maintenance software.
• Inventory and order parts, supplies as needed.
