Annual Wage Scale effective July 1, 2026:

Firefighter $67,547.79

6 Months $70,859.36

12 Months $72,791.03

18 Months $76,654.34

24 Months $80,637.00

30 Months $86,750.75

Lateral Transfer Pay with qualified experience.

Minimum qualifications of applicant:

• 18 years of age


• Legally employable in the United States


• No felony convictions


• Valid State of Michigan Driver's License


• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate


• State of Michigan Paramedic license


• All candidates must pass a background investigation, psychological exam, physical with drug screen.
