$19.00/hour + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Full-Time Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Hours: 12:05pm to 9:00pm

Here’s what you can expect to do:

Our Field Sales Representatives are the heroes at the forefront of our commitment to Serve, Solve, Sell. We’ll start with paid training to set you up for success in working independently in the field. You will be trained in all our products and deliver interactive sales opportunities that teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and problem solving. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning will keep you on track and tech-savvy. Once in the field, you’ll demonstrate our Serve, Solve, Sell model:

Serve:
  • Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are. Customer interactions will be pre-scheduled, giving you the opportunity to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, always prioritizing the customer.
Solve:
  • Use your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, providing understandable solutions regardless of their tech knowledge.
  • Ensure customers leave satisfied with a resolution and a product that meets their future tech needs.
Sell:
  • Leverage Asurion’s products to offer tailored solutions.
  • Actively listen to identify customer needs and position products accordingly.
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make effective sales.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.
  • A valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Travel may be up to 120 miles one-way.
  • A flexible 5-day schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A personal cellphone.
  • Comfort working around household pets.
  • Effective, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
  • An open-minded attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Outgoing personality and love for human interaction.
