Full Time Field Sales Representative

Location: Minneapolis, MN

$24.55 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Choose either: 12:05pm to 9:00pm

About the Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you'll gain foundational education and experience for a future sales career. This role is ideal for those who enjoy challenges, connecting with people, and earning extra income.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve: Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at other locations; provide exceptional service and meet sales targets.
• Solve: Address and resolve tech issues, providing understandable solutions.
• Sell: Leverage products to offer tailored solutions, actively listen, and negotiate effectively.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable in a sales environment with targets
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience and a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
• Able to work a varied 5-day schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Personal cellphone and ability to work around household pets
• Effective communication, adaptable, goal-oriented, outgoing
