Job description

Full Time Field Sales Representative

Location: Harrisburg PA

$21.00/hour + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Hours: 12:05pm to 9:00pm

About the Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be prepared to succeed in your sales career. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenges, connecting with people, and earning extra income. It provides foundational education and experience for future sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve: Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at other locations. Pre-scheduled interactions allow you to meet and surpass sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer’s needs.
  • Solve: Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, providing understandable solutions regardless of their tech knowledge. Ensure customers leave satisfied with a solution that addresses their future tech needs.
  • Sell: Use Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions. Actively listen to customer needs, position products accordingly, and leverage negotiation skills to close sales.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and a satisfactory record
  • Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles), with travel up to 120 miles one-way
  • Availability for a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Personal cellphone
  • Comfort around household pets
  • Effective communication, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Outgoing personality, eager to learn and engage with people
