Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service in our Richmond, VA locations. You will assist management, merchandise, stock, and process transactions while upholding company standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and flexible availability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week. The position offers competitive pay and eligibility for the 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing excellent service in a professional and responsive manner.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking and pricing.
• Maintains a positive attitude and enforces company policies.
• Supports loss prevention and monitors store shrinkage.
• Balances cash and helps manage POS procedures.
• Helps train employees in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Works 35–40 hours per week in a multi-store district.
