Sage Haus in Boerne, TX seeks a Full-Time House Manager & Family Assistant to support three children and manage meals, household needs, and logistics. Core hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional early shift adjustments and travel support as needed.

You will plan nourishing meals, oversee daily routines, and coordinate with cleaners, pool service, and vendors. This role suits a calm, caring professional who values reliability and family wellbeing.

Qualificações

• Experience with infants, toddlers, and early school-age children.
• Experience in a household role preferred (house manager/family assistant).
• CPR and first aid certified or willing to obtain prior to start.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Authorized to work in the United States; comfortable in a faith-centered home.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, attentive care for three children including infant, toddler, and early elementary child.
• Assist with morning routines, school day prep, backpacks, clothing, and snacks.
• Handle school drop-off/pick-up as needed and manage afternoon routines.
• Plan and prepare meals; cook dinners 2–4 times per week; pack lunches.
• Manage laundry, groceries, errands, and pantry supplies.
• Maintain household organization and supervise vendors as needed.
