Pay ranges from $17.20 to $21.77 per hour. The candidate must be able to pass government security screenings and read/interpret manuals. This on-site position requires independence and physical endurance to cover large spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience as custodian/janitor in a commercial setting.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain cleanliness.
• Must be able to pass Government security screenings and read manuals and directives.

Responsabilités

• Cleans hard floors using vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping; moves furniture to access floors.
• Wet mop non-carpeted floors including entrances and lobbies; ensure areas beneath moved items are cleaned.
• Vacuum and clean interior floor mats; keep mats free of lint, debris, and dirt.
• Clean and polish elevator interiors, fixtures, and push plates for a neat appearance.
• Clean interior and exterior glass, mirrors, trims and metal surfaces.
• Remove spills and marks after applying cleaning agents; ensure santity of surfaces.
• Restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, towels, and soap; collect and dispose of trash.
• Replace plastic bags; follow schedule and handle emergency cleaning.
