Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facility Worker to support day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across our venues. You will help keep spaces clean, safe, and ready for events, while assisting with setup, changeovers, and ongoing building needs.

The role requires physical work, basic tools knowledge, and a reliable work ethic. Candidates should be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an on-site venue environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or event operations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance including basic repairs, cleaning, and upkeep.
• Assist with event setups, room conversions, and breakdowns according to event schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of facility areas to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to work orders and facility requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior venue spaces.
• Assist skilled trades and contractors as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment and tools properly.
• Support emergency response efforts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support venue operations.

THE ROLE

The Facility Worker supports day-to-day facility operations and maintenance to ensure venues remain clean, safe, and operational for events, tenants, and guests. This role performs general maintenance, setup, and custodial tasks while supporting event changeovers and ongoing building needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior facilities, maintenance, custodial, or event operations experience preferred but not required

• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
