Job summary

JAX Mercantile Co. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance person for our JAX Outdoor Gear Farm & Ranch location in Broomfield, CO.

You will help keep the store in tip-top shape by repairing problems, cleaning, organizing, and handling small tasks that contribute to a great shopping experience. The ideal candidate has at least one year of building maintenance experience, can lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, and is comfortable using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Familiar with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Move equipment, fixtures, inventory, and supplies to support store operations.
• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of store, equipment, and grounds.
