Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Dust and disinfect break areas, appliances, furniture, fixtures, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the building and surrounding grounds.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Order additional cleaning products and supplies as needed.
• Keep custodial equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment while working on the manufacturing floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
