Job summary

Concord Coach Lines is seeking a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance team member at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This in-person role runs Sunday–Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility for snow removal and other needs to ensure year-round stability.

You will perform building maintenance, janitorial and landscaping tasks, with basic knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to lift heavy items when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate basic mechanical systems.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm, with flexibility for snow removal and other needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping.
• Assist with snow removal as required.
• Maintain basic mechanical systems and perform routine maintenance.
• Lift heavy items and work independently to establish maintenance schedules.

Concord Coach Lines is looking to add a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance individual to the team at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This is an in-person position with year-round stability. The primary schedule is Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm but flexibility to adjust for snow removal or other needs is required.

Duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
• Snow Removal duties; experience a plus
• Occasional fill in evening bus washing
• Ability to do heavy lifting as necessary
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and establish schedules for routine maintenance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings including drug screen
