Job summary

Rexel USA in Gold River, CA is seeking an Order Picker to join the Talley team. You will pick customer orders and transfer items following established procedures, with accuracy and speed.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 50 lbs, and basic English reading/writing. High school diploma or GED preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organization’s stated principles and values
• Pick customer orders, of all types, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Determine if orders can ship via the indicated picking ticket method and adjust as needed
• Provide picked orders to the shipping team or will call for outbound processing
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve inventory issues affecting picking processes
• Participate in daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility
• Display strong work ethic, honesty, and adherence to company policies
• Be open to change and handle high-stress situations calmly
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed
