Battle House Laser Tag in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Full Time Event and Customer Service Team Member to help run birthday parties, corporate events, and public games. Responsibilities

• Check in customers and manage arrival flow.
• Coordinate birthday parties and group events.
• Handle phones and reservations; answer customer questions.
• Process payments and logistics for events.
• Organize groups and direct staff as needed.
• Support and guide other team members to keep events on schedule.
• Resolve issues quickly when the venue is busy.

We host birthday parties, families, company events, church groups, sports teams, military groups, and public laser tag games.

Your job is to help make those experiences awesome.

You will help with:

• Customer check in
• Birthday parties and group events
• Phones and reservations
• Customer questions
• Payments
• Organizing groups
• Supporting and guiding other team members
• Keeping events running on schedule
• Solving problems when things get busy

We are looking for someone friendly, dependable, organized, confident, and comfortable working with both kids and adults.

Full time availability is required.

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Management experience is NOT required.

Customer service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, recreation, event, or front desk experience is helpful.
