Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and dignified care in a home-like setting in Grand Rapids, MN.

You will assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and routine health tasks while fostering a warm, person-centered environment. Flexible full-time, part-time, and block scheduling options are available.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Must be 18+ years old; CNA license allows under 18 only if applicable.
• Ability to provide compassionate, dignified care to aging residents.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing assistance.
• Dressing and Grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with patience.
• Transfer and Mobility assistance (including use of lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments (as directed).
• End of Life care as needed.
