Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate care and support for residents in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, medication administration, and behavior management, with flexible full-time and part-time shifts available. A DHS background check is required and CNA licensure may be considered for eligibility.

Qualifications

• DHS background clearance required.
• Age 18 or older (exception for CNA license per regulations).
• CNA license may be considered for eligibility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares

Other Responsibilities Include

• Meal Preparation

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19/hour based on experience
