Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company in Wheaton, IL is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position. Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 2:30 PM to 8:55 PM, location at Wheaton College. Must have a valid Food Handler's card.

Pay range: $16.00–$19.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available. Responsibilities include preparing deli/cold items, following HACCP standards, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler's card.
• Previous deli/cold food experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from Chef.
• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, and salads to standards.
• Stock and replenish deli/cold products.
• Carry pans and trays safely.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas.
• Operate slicing machine to portion foods.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet service standards.
