Berlin Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care. The role focuses on supervising care, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and upholding standards in a 128-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

This full-time position offers 2PM-8PM shifts, same-day pay options, and a rate range of $45.00–$52.00 per hour, with benefits including tuition

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition.
