Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian for Fremont Public Schools in Grant, MI. The full-time role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly with a pay rate of $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work each day.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.
• Cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
