Grand Rapids Building Services Inc (GRBS) seeks a Day Custodian Coordinator for Fremont Public Schools in Fremont, MI. This full-time, first shift role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, offering 40 hours per week and a $19.00/hour wage.

The position will float between Fremont Public Schools and MPH Logistics to provide coverage as needed. You will lead a cleaning team, ensure building cleanliness, and participate in routine maintenance such as mopping, dusting, restrooms, and trash

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
