Job summary

ESFM is seeking a full-time janitor in Concord, NC. Located at GM CTC, 1GM Way, this role keeps buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties, dusting, mopping, washing walls and glass, and disposing of trash according to procedures.

No experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. The fixed pay rate is $18.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform heavy cleaning duties and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, walls and glass.
• Disposes of trash and maintains infection control.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate cleaning materials.
