Job summary

St. Moritz Building Services is seeking a Full Time Evening Janitor in Goldsboro, NC. You will service clients by cleaning interior spaces, maintaining access and appearance, and ensuring a safe work environment.

The role promotes internal growth with a history of promoting from within, and offers a benefits package including health, dental, vision and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Wollows safety guidelines and dressing code.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, mirrors, walls, and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies; wash windows and wipe surfaces.
• Move and remove trash; maintain waste disposal areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document cleaning actions between shifts and note areas needing additional care.
• Contribute to team effort by completing related tasks as needed.

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:

• Maintaining building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, wiping blinds, furniture, and carpeting; resupplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
• Removing trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
• Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
