Job summary

St. Moritz Building services is seeking an evening janitor to support building cleaning and maintenance in Robinson Twsp / Moon Area, PA. This part-time role offers a steady schedule and a competitive hourly wage of $16.75.

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you will perform interior cleaning, trash removal, and routine maintenance to ensure client spaces remain pristine and safe. Growth and development are encouraged within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in building cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain clean facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, fixtures, windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Sweep and wipe blinds, furniture, carpeting; resupply restrooms and replace light bulbs.
• Remove trash; maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash.
• Keep cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer guidelines and basic repairs.
• Document cleaning actions to ensure shift continuity and note areas needing care or monitoring.
• Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed.

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways :

• Maintaining building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, wiping blinds, furniture, and carpeting; resupplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
• Removing trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
• Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
