St. Moritz Building Services in Goldsboro, NC is recruiting a Full Time Evening Janitor to maintain interior spaces, clean and sanitize common areas, and ensure a welcoming, tidy environment for clients and staff.

You will manage dusting, window washing, floor care, trash removal, light bulb replacement, and report maintenance needs across client sites. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures as part of our long-standing service culture.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish interior, wash windows, counters, walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Sweep, wipe blinds, furniture and carpeting; resupply restrooms; replace light bulbs.
• Maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash.
• Remove trash from receptacles to disposal or recycling areas.
• Keep cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer guidelines and performing basic repairs.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Document cleaning actions to ensure shift continuity and note areas needing attention.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:

• Maintaining building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, wiping blinds, furniture, and carpeting; resupplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
• Removing trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
• Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
