Job summary

Ivy Park at Monterey, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Care Provider. The role supports residents with daily activities, enhances independence, and contributes to a compassionate care environment on a full-time, on-site basis.

Shifts are 2pm–10pm, Friday through Monday, with a pay range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, meals, life insurance, 401(k), and more. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with residents, families, and staff with professionalism.
• Pass a criminal background check and health screening including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (e.g., eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any change in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with other staff and departments.
