Job summary

Ivy Park at Roseville, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living in a 2pm–10pm, Thu–Mon shift. This full-time role pays $16.90–$18/hour and includes benefits through Oakmont’s California communities.

The position emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and reliability in a senior living setting, with opportunities for growth and secure employment. Candidates must pass screenings and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB.
• COVID-19 related safety guidelines and PPE may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues.
