Paramedic Scholarship Opportunity

Job summary

AMR is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) in Buellton, CA, for full-time roles. Immediate opening with potential for a Paramedic Scholarship after 12 months of service. EMTs respond to emergencies, assess patients, and provide high-quality care and customer service.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old; healthcare exposure preferred.
CA Driver's License and Ambulance Driver’s License from DMV.
State of California EMT certification.

Responsibilities

Provide assessment of patients and deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
Utilize EMT skills to provide care, including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment and tools.
Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
