Job summary

One Vision in Mason City, IA is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time night schedule. You will work three 12-hour shifts (including Saturday night) totaling 36 hours per week, with four days off.

One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Mason City for a consistent back-end schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build independence, participate in their community, and live life on their terms.

Your shift may include:

• Supporting daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks
• Helping individuals build independence and confidence
• Going on community outings, activities, appointments, and events
• Providing transportation using approved vehicles
• Assisting with medications according to training and procedures
• Supporting grocery shopping and personal finances
• Completing electronic documentation
• Building positive, meaningful relationships with the people you support

You Don't Need Experience to Make an Impact
