Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer in Swiftwater, PA for a full-time driving role. You will patrol healthcare facilities, deter incidents, manage access, and provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.

The position requires at least 1 year of security experience, a valid driver's license, computer/tablet proficiency, and a willingness to work night shifts with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, assisting with directions and maintaining professional interactions with all individuals.
• Complete accurate reports and daily activity documentation, and communicate observations, incidents, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
