AAA Driving School is hiring a Full-Time Driver Training Instructor in Riverside, CA. You will deliver behind-the-wheel instruction, follow our curriculum, and track student progress using our software. Expect a 40-hour workweek with shifts starting in the late morning and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, including DMV physical exam.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction following AAA’s curriculum.
• Use driving school software to track student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance.
• Stay current on safe driving practices and complete required state documentation.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius; a company vehicle and paid gas, maintenance, and insurance are provided.
