Job summary

Silverado Encinitas is seeking a Driver to safely operate and maintain our transportation services for residents, supporting wellness and engagement in the community.

The role emphasizes dependable, compassionate service with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork. It includes full-time AM shifts, with competitive pay and robust benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid Class C Driver License with endorsements for the state of employment.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam and obtain a DOT medical certificate (if applicable).
• Clean driving record and compliance with all state and federal driving regulations.
• Previous experience working with older adults or individuals with memory impairments preferred.
• Effective communicator in English and comfortable around animals.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Anticipated pay range

$23 - $26 USD
